They learned skills like using different camera angles and shots, following the 180 degree rule and using match on action. They also learned the importance of sound quality, dubbing dialogue, and adding sound effects. Additional lessons included understanding mise-en-scene, representation, and using better editing software. Overall, the student learned that filmmaking requires extensive planning, research, storyboarding, and more than just shooting and editing.
