1. Contingency
One of the most problematic risk we could encounter is that someone from
our team may not be able to come into college, to avoid any issues with
team members not coming in and not being able to do work we will save all
work on to each memory stick or into emails to ensure that whoever is still
able to come into college will be able to finish or start different tasks within
the project and access work to help with other tasks.
Also to avoid issues we can make sure that the rest of the team know if one
team member is not coming in before the college day starts so that the rest
of the team can plan out to finish work.
One of the more minor risks we will encounter will be if our desired
location is not available at the time we need it, this could cause major
issues if we do not have a back up plan, to avoid encountering these issues
we need to have a back up location. For instance if we are using one
member of the teams house and it is not available at the time we need it
we can use another team members house or ask the college kitchens if we
can use their facilities for one day, the last option may not be very
successful but it will be our last back up resort.
We will be taking our own photographs and this may lead us to
encountering some issues such as the cameras we own not working on the
day or breaking during the time we use them our back up will either be
another camera that one of the team members own or ask to hire a college
camera. To avoid this issue we should make sure that all cameras are in
there cases and that lens caps are securely on when the cameras are not in
use.
