One of the team members
suffering from fatigue and
therefore the quality of work
suffering as a result.
Have designated break times, which can be brought
forward if fatigue is suffered earlier than expected.
A team member suffering
from burns to the skin, as a
result of an accident in the
kitchen.
Team members could swap job roles or make
adjustments to the specifics of the job. This could then
enable the team member with burns to work from home
or perhaps do specific work that would see them moving
around and doing challenging work being done at a later
point when a recovery has been made.
The oven not working at
Dan’s house on the day of
cooking.
Food preparation could be moved to Ash’s house, to
enable the cooking of the meals to be complete.
The camera running out of
battery or power.
I will make sure the camera is fully charged before use
and during use I will turn it off between taking
photographs. Make sure to have a spare battery within
my possession when using the camera at all times.

A team member struggling to
complete their workload on
time.
Ask for help from the other team member and if this team
member has completed their work, the team members
could look to split the struggling team members workload.
Alternatively help could be sought from the tutor of the
course.
Extreme weather conditions If there are heavy snow blizzards and neither of us are
able to attend college, then that could be detrimental to
our project. We will both have to complete the work from
home with limited communication. We could aid our
communication by using Skype.
Loss of internet connection If either of us lose internet connection and cannot
complete the work, we will have to move to another
classroom where we can still both move together. If the
loss of connection is large scale we will have to begin
working on paper.
Corrupt USB stick If either of our USB sticks happen to become corrupt we
will go to an IT technician to see if they can fix the
problem. If the problem is not fixable, then we will go on
the computers used for the work, and see if any of it is
saved on the desktop.

The first-aid kit will be used to prevent any further
damage/infection. We will then see if they are able to
carry on. If they are not, job roles will be changed to suit
the injured team member.
