Learning to use different technological tools is important so students can find what works best for their learning styles and interests, bringing diversity to the classroom. Mastering various technology skills now will help students in this and other classrooms.

- 1. 21-12 What Have I learned Lots... Technology is fun (well usually)..... There is never enough time (always) Steve Morneault is always willing to help Kids know more than we do Using these tools will make our teaching better It stinks when the server goes down It’s going to take me a good part of the summer to get where I want to go with this These tools make communication easier We would no longer survive without technology
- 2. Tools of Technology There was lots I didn’t know .... and some I did, but got better at !! I had a PORTAPORTAL and this has been one of the tools I have used a lot with my classes.
- 3. WIKI ARE THE BOMB I had fun with wikis. I create a family wiki to celebrate and communicate! I create a Causes of the Civil War wiki to keep from losing my mind during the homestretch. (obviously its not working) Let me show you both.

- 6. So what now?? • I think I have made the shift. Although I would like to jump feet first, I will force myself to make the shift in a more organized and thoughtful way. BUT I will make the shift to making these tools of technology a part of my teaching and my classroom. Thank God for summers or I am not sure that this would be a realistic goal. I hope Hoop Camp has wireless access :) • And I will have Steve M’s number on speed dial.
