Introduction to Makeen Marketing
Pvt. Ltd.
o Makeen Marketing is a real estate marketing agency.
o Provides real estate consultancy in Pakistan.
o Enable people to invest in real estate more effectively.
Mission
o Its mission is to revolutionize the real estate industry
with professional and trained staff and provide better
standard of living in Pakistan.
Vision
o Makeen Marketing’s vision is to become the top real
estate marketing agency in Pakistan.
o Makeen Marketing want to provide investors with a
platform where they could have effective access to the
real estate properties.
Corporate Objectives
o Provide professional consultancy about investments in
real estate.
o Assist people to do the investments in best budget.
o Build Makeen Marketing’s image as a proactive, client
friendly, professionally and operationally sustainable
and a great real estate projects marketer.
o To function as a digital marketing firm and to provide
online consultancy and promoting the future of
marketing by digitalizing all its operations and lead the
client in the best possible way.
SWOT Analysis
 Strengths:
o The investment in the real estate property is an asset,
where the value of your investment increases with
time.
o Real estate is a less riskier investment unlike shares
and bonds.
 Weaknesses:
o There always a limited supply of land in any region
which cause continuous effort to grab more and more
projects
o Large capital required to invest in real estate.
 Opportunities:
o The way technology and the mechanical industry are
inventing new tools and machinery, the growth and
productivity of the fertile land are increasing rapidly.
o The construction machinery and material have made
all kinds of architects and real estate designs possible.
Its now attracting new investors and businesses into
the country.
 Threats:
o When the economy of the country is in recession, then
people start spending less. When people spend less,
then it affects badly the overall sale of real estate
businesses.
o The market of a real estate business is very uncertain.
When more people are interested in the property, then
its value increases. When people stop showing interest,
then its value instantly.
Personal Experience:
 Sales Department:
 Aim:
To work on clients from the leads provided by company and
to made the sale. Also we had to do basic social media
marketing on daily basis.
 Objectives:
o To provide best consultancy to the client.
o To provide surety of their investments.
o Provide highest level of services to satisfy the queries of
the clients.
 Department’s Functions:
o Try to bring new ideas to bring more customer base to
generate sales.
o Another department’s function is to guide the people
regarding their safe investments in real estate.
o The department make sure to provide the plots
required by client and make sure the reselling of
client’s property at the best market rate.
 Analysis:
o Makeen Marketing is a great spot to work with and it
helped me to take in a ton of things that I may not get
generally.
o It was a test truly to check my capacities and it
guaranteed me climate I am equipped for finishing
things rightly or not.
o To work in such associations, you must need to
increase the specialized information.
 Conclusion:
o During my internship I worked in sales department of
the company. I experienced the way work is done in
the department. The employees of the Makeen
Marketing helped me during my internship and I
learned a lot of things in this short period of time.
o This internship helped me to know the application of
the theory in different organizational operations. I am
pretty sure that this internship will help me a lot in my
professional life ahead.
