The business model that adopted by
uber in china are given below:
 Firstly,uber was using the non experienced drivers
and their own car to provide service
 Later,uber had started offering the variety of
vehicles and licensed drivers
At beginning time,uber use ‘uber black’ for
providing service that is very expensive.but
later uber use ‘uber x’ that is not expensive
but convenient
The similarities and differences between
uber and its counterparts are given below:
 We know that Didi and kuadi are the main competitors of
uber.
 The similarities is that these two companies use varieties
of cars, normal and premium car. For payment solution
,uber and kuadi use Alipay.But Didi use ‘WE CHAT’ that a
popular mobile chat in china.
 Didi and kuadi companies started as taxi-hailing app
which is the opposite of uber business model of matching
car owners to ride seekers.and kuadi and didi spent huge
amount of money for promoting business than uber.
 The active users number of didi(80.9) is very high than

 As an international company uber has
competitive advantage . A traveler easily find
uber very helpful.because it already cover a lot
of countries and cities.Recectly we noticed that
uber started ‘uber moto’ service. So I think uber
can continue provide better service at affordable
price.
The pros and cons of the current
strategies by uber adopted and its
competitors?
Uber strategies are not unique and easily
copied.but one of the interesting features is it’s
surge pricing. Ubers car is definitely fancier than
regular taxi.
Uber recruits drivers from private car rental
companies, on the contrary kuadi and didi provide
their app to assists taxi driver.
Overall , uber provide better service than any
other chuaffer at low price

advantage of in china?
