                       POSITION ELIMINATED THROUGH CORPORATE RESTURCTURING

         Recruited to promote (co-promote) launch of Recombinant topical hemostat, and direct Factor 10a- inhibitor for
         total hip and total knee patients. Territory initially included Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana, restructured
         to Oregon and then eliminated as Diagnostic Imaging Division absorbed Hospital Surgical Division. Factor
         10a – inhibitor delayed twice by FDA and has yet to launch.

     Key Accomplishments:
     • Achieved ranking of 22/60 (re-aligned from 5/60) 1 year, territory had zero dollars in sales when hired.
     • Established accounts in multiple states before territory restructured

    Aug. 2006 – July 2008                    TKO Surgical Distributor – Southern Oregon

          Premier Distributor in the Northwest. Due to growth needs, expanded new position to serve all accounts south
         of Portland, OR. Established growth in key capital, disposable and implant business, as well as growth in many
          of TKO Surgical ancillary products. Interface directly with top-level decision makers on high dollar contracts
         ,and coordinate process from contract completion to product implementation in the O.R.
