Purchase / Redemption / SIP Registration / SIP stop request accepted on
phone.
Dual authentication, first level client verification is done on IVR system.
Client has to enter correct combination of UCC & TPIN for successful login.
Second verification done by Agent before accepting transaction.
Call-Line is open from 10:00 am to 2:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
5. Important Points
To avail the facility Registration of New Bank Mandate along
with Call & Transact T&C is mandatory.
Currently the service is available with HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank,
AXIS Bank
If the payment gets rejected by bank due to insufficient funds or
any other reason, transaction will be rejected.
For SIP registered on Call & Transact Mandate, SIP fund
collection is done before 12:00 pm on the installment date itself
through Direct Debit mode.
If the payment is failed, SIP installment is rejected.

7. Mandate Registration Flow
CRO will verify bank mandate
CRO will enter details in system & dispatch the sme to HO.

Transactions received upto 2:30 pm will be executed on exchange by NJ.
Payment collection is done after 3:00 pm
For transactions where payment is failed, transaction is rejected.
Under recorded phone-line transaction given by client will be placed in NJ system.
Before confirming the transaction, order details will be verified by Agent to the
client & Transaction ID will be given to client.
