1. RICE CAKES
TOOLS:
Large bowl (ontzi handia)
Baking mould (moldeak)
A whisk or a wooden spoon (irabiagailua
edo egurrezko koilara)
Blender (irabiagailua)
2. INGREDIENTS:
• 500 ml. of milk (esnea)
• 125 gr. of butter (melted) (gurin urtua)
• 125 gr. of sugar (azukrea)
• 125 gr. of flour (irina)
• 2 eggs (arraultzak)
• Dough for pasties.
3. METHOD:
First, mix the melted butter and the milk.
Then add the sugar, the flour and the eggs and stir.
After that, prepare the base for the cake.
4. Fill in the baking moulds.
Put them in the oven. 200º, 30 min.
And …… They are ready!
