1. Biscuit with chocolate and coconut
(čupavci)
Many Croats eat these cakes
INGREDIENTS:
50g butter
250g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
300g flour
1 baking powder
1 cup of milk

2. GLAZE
• 2 cups of milk
1OOg chocolate
250g sugar
200g butter
200g coconut flour

3. INSTRUCTIONS: (biscuit)
1. Put butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and the eggs
into a bowl .Mix them all together
2. Add flour with baking powder
3. Pour the milk and mix all together
4.Put the mixture into a oven at 180 c for 30
minutes

4. INSTRUCTIONS: (glaze)
1.put chocholate, butter, sugar into a bowl
2.pour the milk and boil for 10 minutes
3.when biscuit is finished slice it.
4. dip the biscuit into a glaze and coconut
flour
