2 kg of flour
One liter of water
Salt
Yeast
3. Recipe
In a container we pour the flour, yeast, water
and salt. We move well the dough until that the
dough is thick enought.
You can make the omelet, you have to put the
oil in the fire and when it is boiling you fry the
mase.
When they are hot if you want you can throw
them sugar.

6 eggs
½ kg of flour
Cinnamon
Sugar
Oil
6. Recipe
You beat the eggs , pour the water, a little
cinnamon and the flour afterwards you knead
all.
You put the mold in the oil, later you put the
floretas for it keeps hot, afterwards you put
the mold in the dough for that to stick.
You put in the frying pan the mold with the
dough before the dough falls off of the mold.
Finally, when they are chips, you take it out
and you sprinkle some sugar.
This is the mold.
