  12. 12. Measurable ● quantify or at least suggest an indicator of progress ● 90% of high stakes assignments submitted/graded online

  14. 14. Attainable ● That this is possible within known constraints. ● Teachers / Teaching assistants grade as per normal but using online grader - could save time..
