• The test for the position of the shuttle has
shown there is significant progress being
made. Lisa has continuously worked hard and
as a result has gone from poor to average.
• The Astrand test shows that progress is being
made for the vo2 max. Lisa has gone from the
high end of fair to the low end of the good
category.
Does the mid point review show that weeks 5-8
need to be adapted?
Describe How you will adapt your sessions?
• I think that because there has been
progressed made from both the placement of
the shuttle and aerobic fitness there is no
need to adapt either plan. They both get
progressively harder and I believe that
changing them would not benefit the athlete.

  • 8. Describe whether the tests show that progress is being made as planned? • The test for the position of the shuttle has shown there is significant progress being made. Lisa has continuously worked hard and as a result has gone from poor to average. • The Astrand test shows that progress is being made for the vo2 max. Lisa has gone from the high end of fair to the low end of the good category.
  • 9. Does the mid point review show that weeks 5-8 need to be adapted? Describe How you will adapt your sessions? • I think that because there has been progressed made from both the placement of the shuttle and aerobic fitness there is no need to adapt either plan. They both get progressively harder and I believe that changing them would not benefit the athlete.
