8. Describe whether the tests show that
progress is being made as planned?
• I am very pleased with Bens progress over the
four weeks. He has clearly improved as the
test results show and I look forward to the
next 4 weeks working with Ben and helping
him improve further. Over 35m Ben has
improved by 0.10 and from 16in to 20in on his
vertical jump. This is very good progress over
just four weeks when you consider the
weather that he has trained in and alongside
his rugby and gym commitments.
9. Does the mid point review show that weeks 5-8
need to be adapted?
Describe How you will adapt your sessions?
• No. As in my session plans I am looking to
adapt my training so that it is more strenuous
in order for him to progress more.
