increase the intensity of the session and the strain on Conors

Coaches Review: The session was slightly laboured, due to a change of time I’d
imagine, however I wanted to try not having the sessions on
the same day to see if this had an impact. After about 20
minutes, Conor woke up and the intensity increased.
Coaches Review: This session was consistently carried out at a high intensity,
possibly due to Conor enjoying training his legs more than
other muscle groups. We finished the session off with a light
run at incline as Conor felt he had more to give, showing that
progress is becoming apparent.
Athlete Feedback
/ Questions:
Conor was pleased to see that the sessions were on separate
days, meaning that he could carry out other activities in the
day afterwards. Posing the question, as to whether he could
do this every time we have training.
Athlete Feedback
/ Questions:
This was Conors favourite session yet, as it was where he
noticed his hard work was starting to pay off. At the end of a
session where we were working on progression with weights,
he still felt like he had more to give and was running at incline.

Coaches Review: This session started off at a very high intensity for the first 45
minutes, Conor was driven and pushing himself. For the final
45 minutes, Conor began to tire and became laboured,
possibly due to the fact that he was working himself too hard
and pushing his limits.
Coaches Review: This session was much the same as the last time we trained
Conors legs. The intensity was constant and constant at a high
level. At the end Conor also felt like he could run at an incline
which is good in terms of progress.
Athlete Feedback
/ Questions:
Conor said he enjoyed the first 45 minutes, feeling as if he
could work hard and push his boundaries, however in the last
45 he struggled as he tried to push himself too hard, he felt it
was good in terms of learning his limits for future sessions.
