The project consisted of hazmat abatement and complete demolition of the Massey Building. The Annex Building and a residential structure at 10530 Page Ave. were also demolished. Waste materials were sorted and recycled. The site has been restored to a graded, grass covered, park-like condition.

Project Description:
This project consisted of hazmat abatement and
complete demolition of the Massey Building. The
building was a 12-storey, above-grade, steel-frame
structure plus penthouse and two sub-grade levels.
The project also included demolishing the attached
Annex Building (2-storeys) and the detached
residential- structure at 10530 Page Avenue (2-storeys).
Demolition waste materials including concrete and
steel were sorted and recycled. The site has been
restored to a graded, grass covered, park-like condition.
