Assuming it to be balanced reaction
At equilibrium
C6H5OH = 0.2 - x
NH3 = 0.12 - x
C6H5O- = 0.05 = x
and NH4 + = x = 0.05
Hence Kc = (0.05 * 0.05)/(0.2 - 0.05)(.12 - 0.05) = 0.238.
