This paper is going to discuss relevant background factors, circumstances, and structures of small group interaction. First, I will explain how a
person's background can influence participation in a group and then we will look at how values can impact a group. I will also explain how I
respond to situations where I am working with people who have different values. Next, I will explain the implications of falling into "team traps"
and will use three of the ten for specific examples on why they should be avoided. Finally, I will summarize all that we have learned today on group
interactions. Let's start by looking at how peoples background can influence participation in a group. People can come from diverse backgrounds and
have cultural differences, this is what makes everyone unique. A person's education, experience, and social circumstances are all example of their

While the group engages in the warm up my role is to keep an open mind for prompt recognition. A decision needs to be made based on this

several interactions that caused me to take notice. Furthermore, they were indications that the group had reached a transitionary stage. Corey, Corey,

I remember an experience I had in my younger years with the lady that was my manager. We had built a friendship, I would give her advice on her

Shifting schedules was one of the worst obstacles my group had to overcome. For starters, I was just diagnosed with bronchitis so was visiting the

Interaction patterns throughout the group were definitely different peer to peer and each participant had different ways of interacting with one
another. There were a few factors thrown in that influenced that interaction patterns. The relationship between the members was one of the main

Roles: Our individual roles were not very clear from the beginning and because of that we ended up not filming until the days before the draft was
due. One of the group members insisted on using Facebook as the means of communication between our group. I tried to get the group to meet up a
couple to times in person to sort out what we were going to be doing, but they were not on Facebook and we did not exchange numbers so it was

Group Analysis of 12 Angry Men I selected Gladding's model (2008) to evaluate 12 Angry Men with contemplation and thought after viewing the
film and reviewing the reading selections. Gladding's model goes through the five stages of forming/orientation, transition storming/norming,
performing/working, and mourning/termination. After careful consideration of the various models presented in the text, I found that Gladding's

Working in a group was a great way to get to know my classmates. Despite our differences, we worked together and completed the assignment. I like
