The omelette of potatoes and onion has two types: main
course and starter.
Main course Starter

For cook an omelette of potatoes,you need 45 minutes
approx.The cooking time is 15 minutes and the time of
elaboration is 30 minutes.
- 7. METHOD
Step 1:Peel the potatoes,wash and dry them. Very
important, dry the potatoes.Then cut the potatoes in small
parts.
- 8. STEP 2:
Put around 40 ml of olive oil,a pinch of salt and the 2 potatoes in the
sauté, wait 30 minutes and fry gently.
- 11. Step 5:
Put the slices of onion and oil in a sauté and fry the
onion gently for 30 minutes.
- 12. Step 6:
When the potatoes are fried for 30 minutes,you can
remove and grease them.Then put on a bowl.
- 14. Step 8:
You add the beating eggs into the bowl where are the potatoes and
slices of onions.And mix them with a spoon.
- 15. Step 9:
With the mixt you have on the bowl,you put them into the suté and add
a little quantity of oil.For 5 minutes and with high fire.
