2. Ingredients:
- A package of crumbs that are already cut or 300
grams of white bread a couple of days cut into
thin slices.
- A glass of water.
- A head of garlic.
- 100 g of sausage cut into small cubes.
- A splash of oil.
- Salt.
4. Recipe
1. Put the bread in a large bowl.
2. Crumbs soaked with water with a little salt.
3. Stir well so all the crumbs remain damp.
4. Cover with a cloth and let rest at least 3 or 4 hours.
5. In a large skillet put a splash of oil and garlic head separate teeth.
6. Fry the garlic until golden brown. Remove and reserve.
7. We pour the oil and sauté chorizo as a min. We removed and set aside.
8. We toss the reserved crumbs in the pan.
9. Stir well for a while so that they will permeate the oil and go by ... about 15 min at least.
10. Add the reserved garlic and stir well another 5 min.
11. Add the reserved sausage and return to move well.
12. Continue stirring until they are made and loose. At least another 30 min.
