AUDIENCE RESEARCH

SO FAR ON MY BLOG…
FORMATS I HAVE
USED…
I have used Power
point, Word and Prezi to
present my work and also
blogger.com to present my
work.
FORMATS I HAVE
USED…
Slideshare has allowed me to upload my
coursework onto my blog in the same format
that I created it in.
FILIMING
I have filmed twice now, however the most useful shoot was the
second one. In this shoot I travelled to Trafalgar Square in London.
Here is some screen shots of the raw footage I collected.
FILMING
THE PLAN…
I plan to book a green screen session before we break up for October
half term. When doing green screen I will concentrate more on them
singing the lyrics to the camera. Examples include extreme close ups on
their lips singing lyrics such as ‘I don’t care, I love it’ as this is the main
message of the song and I want it to make an impact on the audience. I
will also use mid shots when using green screen.
AUDIENCE
FEEDBACK/RESEARCH
My target audience for my music videos are both male and
female aged from 14 to 26. I feel that this is the suited
audience as this song is all about having a care free attitude
to life and also has a theme of partying and having fun.
I feel that men and women in this age range are more likely
to go out to clubs and parties on a regular basis and also do
not have to worry about daily stresses, specifically those age
from 14-21.
As my media class can fit into this specification I am going to
give them all a questionnaire/feedback form to fill out so that
I can gain so knowledge into what they would like to see in a
music video and what they would find dull and boring.
THE PLAN…
I also plan to film again in either October half term or afterwards
depending on when my friends are free to do so.
After October half term I hope to be editing my music video and
also adding in special effects that I want to include in my music
video via the software After Effects. I have already tried using this
software so I have some knowledge in how to use it and also
have been watching tutorials to help me.
