My artist
1.
2. Important factors to consider How I might represent this
I want my artist to be influential Have her pictured wearing the latest fashion.
Looking stylish.
Her fans are of high importance to her. She regularly talks about her fans in interviews and
is frequently pictured with them.
Passionate about her music Have a background article on my artist talking
about what got her into music, how much it means
to her.
Came from humble beginnings. Was raised in a low income household, managed to work
her way up to where she is today.
Is very down to earth and relatable. She isn’t constantly in the spotlight, doing controversial
things like other artists do in order to get coverage in
magazines and on the to. She also came from a working
class family, and doesn’t flaunt her wealth.
4. • This is my artist Ave - E. The Latin word Ave was
used by the Romans and translates literally to
hail. My artists name is a play on words of hail E,
with E being the first letter to my artists actual
name, Emily.
• She is an 18 year old house and garage DJ. Ave - E was Largely influenced
by her older brother who also has great interest in mixing and creating
deep house tracks . They began mixing together from a very young age,
Ave-E being only 8 when she created her first garage track. After uploading
numerous mixes and original tracks to YouTube, Ave-E found success from
her hit single ‘Enrapture’ which featured vocals of her brother Chris carns.
She was approached by the worldwide renowned record label ‘TOXIC’ and
from there her career flourished, headlining at festivals across the world,
playing at some of the most prestigious clubs worldwide and releasing top
hit singles and an album.
5. • Ave-E is known worldwide for her effortless yet very
fashionable style. She is always on trend and often
influences the outbreak of new styles. She says that she
likes to keep her image refined yet also likes to add
something quirky to give her a distinctive look. She often
does this by focusing on items of clothing which make her
stand out in club environments, and react to the ultraviolet
lighting.
• Her outfits and overall looks are largely thought out by
herself and she regularly says that she wants to be
perceived as an everyday person and so sticks to relatively
normal clothing. She only ever wears clothing given by
famous brands at awards events.
• She also likes to do her own makeup and hair, saying its
something she loves doing and a way of expressing herself.
She says it also gives her a sense of normality in her life, as
its something she would always do herself before she
became famous. Pictured on the right is a photo of her
look before her Halloween event in Ibiza.
