Assessment & development centers


 For assessment Centers: a set of simulation exercises is conducted to
  determine the candidate’s suitability for a particular role
 For development centers: we focus on strengths and weaknesses of the
  candidate. Result is a personal development plan to empower the
  capabilities of the employee.
 assessment center consists of: tests (intelligence, skills , knowledge),
  personality questionnaires, simulation exercises (tray in, role plays,
  presentation exercises, …), STAR-interview.
    – A good mix of selection tools ensures a higher validity

 At least 2 exeperiences and certified consultants / psychologists lead the
  candidate through the assessment to observe concrete behavior. Potential
  biases of a single assessor are excluded.
