When prompted about a song that was important to me in high school, one song in particular comes
to mind: "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)" by Green Day. Almost anyone who has
contemplated the length and depth of life can relate to this gentle song with its slow, almost
yearning tone and deep lyrics. To me, "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)" is a timeless ballad that
never fails to comfort me in times of change and confusion. This song should be included in the
"History of Popular Music, 1950–Present" course, not only because its deviation from normal punk

How Vacation Is A Good Time
Going on vacation is a way to relax, reduce stress, and spend time with my family. The different
cultures, places, and laughs that we experience on vacations are truly memorable. When I was
younger, my sister and I would take vacations with my grandparents. On these road trips, we would
go hiking, go to water parks, and have picnics. On every trip, either someone was embarrassed or

encoding some piece of information would be analogous to a piece of paper being filed away while
retrieval would be analogous to finding a paper that was previously filed. Furthermore, in class, we

When I took the "How good is your time management quiz" I scored a total of 61. I was not
surprised due to me putting quite a bit of emphasis on goal setting and prioritizing certain objectives

African American families living in poverty, while offering a comedic twist. The 1970s was in the
heart of the civil rights movement, and these shows were based on the lives of blacks during this
time (Deane, 2004). Both shows aired during the same timeframe, and it was evident that Good
Times and The Jefferson's aligned with the traditional stigma that society had of African Americans
(there were often offensive stereotypical aspects present, such as mammy and sambo characters).

Amos as the father James Evans, comedian Jimmie Walker who played the oldest son James Evans

wilderness. When they return to their village, they will be forced to work for the tribe until the
amount given to their victim is refunded to the tribe. They will also have to visit their victims and
express their remorse." This sounds rather convincing as I am reviewing this case, because I want
the best outcome for the victim and his family. But at the same time I want to ensure the victimizers
learn their lesson and are punished accordingly.

General George A. Custer, was in deed the key factor, that enabled the Lakota, Sioux to defeat the
7th US Cavalry at the battle of little Horn in 1876. I believe there was a defeat on the 7th Cavalry,
due to Custer's arrogance and his stupidity. At the time general Phillip Sheridan made plans to send
generals, troops and officers to take land away from the Indians, he didn't realize the arrogance that
