started and finished at a specific time in the past; English
has two types of verbs in the past tense:
• Regular verbs
• Irregular verbs
_Regular verbs: are verbs that in the final end with ed
_Irregular verbs: are verbs that don’t end with ed, sometime
have a vowel change in the past tense.
