3. Rogojel locality is one of the three villages belonging to the
village Sacuieu commune, together with the Visagu and
Sacuieu commune. Sacuieu commune is located in the
western part of the Cluj county in the heart of Vladeasa
Mountain which is part of the national territory of Natural
Park in the Apuseni Mountains. That and the surface
Sacuieu commune goes into the category of large communes
, with an area of 12.946 ha. This adjoins the glades common
to the north and west, Sancraiu common to the west,
Margau common to the south-east and the Bihor county to
the south-west.
4. History
Rogojel village is a locality in Cluj County, Transilvania,
Romania. It is certified in 1740, under the nameRogosd
Alpetris[1]. A village type spread, like all the villages of the
Mountain Corps where technological development has not
yet reached. Located at the foot of the MountainsVladeasa
Mountain. The main occupation of the villagers is the
increase of the animals this being and the only source of
income

6. Traditions
• The inhabitants of these places still keeps
the romanian traditions. On Christmas
night each thrifty put all the
goodies on 8the table and
waits for the "sternsinger". The first groups
of carolers who get to homes are made up of
children from primary classes they serve
with cakes, but the icing on the cake is the
group made up of all the hardest blow of the
village. On the night of Christmas will
collect the money to pay the expenses
occasioned by the game and musicians

Before the church , the inhabitants of these places they were
congregated in a given area for prayer, the area to be called up to
now " Dambul Church". The place in itself was called "'Ll Deo", and
the legend says that the come here and the name of the current state
of Rogojel village.
The first public building in the village was the old church, built of
wood between the years 1712-1715. People, those about 50-60
families I have decided to build a church of wood on which they are
covered with shingles, it housed in the place of the current churches.
This wooden church has lasted until the year 1831, when a fire
whose causes have remained unknown, was destroyed in full.
