6-month health coaching program
The program isn’t about changing your diet or lifestyle overnight,
but rather taking small steps and making the changes sustainable.

23. The 6-month program is individualized for each client, and includes the following:
• A one hour session twice a month (face to face or via a video call)
• Exploring the relationship between food and lifestyle
• Resources and handouts
• Focused recommendations after each session
• Ongoing email support between sessions
• Complete confidentiality and respect of privacy
The price of the 6-month program is 150 euros/month (including VAT).
