Mark then delete the emails.<br />1<br />Answering Machie<br />How Voicemail Forwards<br />The answering machine on the base station must be OFF! When the phone is not answered, it forwards to AT&T. AT&T creates a sound file. The sound file is sent to perfectjoy@um.att.com which forwards the file to perfectjoy@clarashouse.org.<br />

Logins are required for each computer.<br />1<br />Wireless connection<br />Wireless name, or SSID, is clarashouse. It has a password a WPA2 password using AES encryption.<br />2<br />HIPAA!!!!<br />Federal privacy requlations require passwords and encryption of patient information!<br />

All PCs will check login at the server.<br />1<br />Resources: Files and Databases<br />All files, like EKGs and labs, will be stored in encrypted form on the server. SQL server will house inventory and statistics databases. No patient data on local hard drives of PCs.<br />2<br />Outsiders locked out!<br />If you do not have a login to the server, you cannot get onto a computer or access files or databases!<br />
