The report consists of description for the proposed project design with schematic

design.

Below are the building proposed 37 storeys residential development building consist
of:
1. Basement parking - 2 storeys
2. Elevated parking - 8 storeys

4. 2.0 Project Description
2.1 Site
The client invested over a big land consisting multiple lots located in PJS 5, MUKIM
PETALING, DAERAH PETALING, SELANGOR DARUL EHSAN aim to develop into
master planning of multiple shops and high rise residential. The proposed project is
in Phase 2 where building sits partially on LOT PT9194 and LOT PT9195.
Proposed two towers of 27 storeys residential Block A and Block B from level 9 to
level 35. One facility floor at level 8 consisting gym, swimming pool, multi-purpose
hall, surau and management office; 2 levels of basement carpark and 8 levels of
elevated car park. The land size is 160418.49 sqft (14903.38 sqm).

for the client as long as the profit margin more than 20%.
