GOA
Consisting of 20 Villas with 5
particular villa types, Morjim
Hotel project is one of the
big projects that has been
worked upon.
The site is in Morjim, North
Goa and is located by the
beach, which again makes it
a valuable property.
The client wanted villas with
Tuscany and Mediterranean
touch of architecture.
Role: Involved throughout

Renovation Project of an already existing old style German house with pitched roof into modern and more
minimalistic residence for the client. The project is awaiting Authority approval.
Role: Involved in the design process. Responsible for 3D on Revit and presentation drawings.

KODAIKANAL
Situated in Kodaikanal the
project is dream house of a
high end client.
The project was divided into
parts; the main building and
the Pool building.
The main emphasis in
designing was on blending
the entire structure with its
surroundings, as the project
site was on top of a hill.
Role: Responsible for
redesigning of Pool building
and producing required
presentation drawings.

14. Architectural Internship 6 months, ROMANSHORN, SWITZERLAND
Various projects and tasks of diffrent versitality were handled across the period of 6 months.
Ranging from conceptual sketchs for residence projects to making physical models and presentation drawings.
A great emphasis was laid on understanding the European standards of designing and construction.

15. Freelance Projects- Executed with Google SketchUp and Rhinoceros.
A commissioned project for TAFE motors was executed in the year 2014, the challenges included Facade upliftment of Administration
Hall, Interiors of Reception Area and redesigning of Security Post and Entrance. (Appreciation Letter enclosed)
Secondly, a great oppurtunity to design the Chandigarh pavillion for Trade Fair Delhi, was also commisioned and executed succesfully.

assuming a simple string theory that, buildings made without eco friendly norms cast greater
pressures on their energy resources and environment. the need was to losen these pressure
points through techniques of sustainability ,low cost construction and vernacular architecture.

blending real concepts of eco friendliness, low cost in rural context and sustainability through means of
construction. aiming at making the student realize that modern techniques can be achieved by vernacular
methodology of construction. the idea of creating hexagonal structures is derived from the
traditional dwellings and narrow street concept of punjab. also the easy permeability through the site
and sciography management were one of the key principles of design.

to the practices and the functions they concentrated on.
