2. * Investigate LTE NH fail sites based on KPI performance and provide clear improvement plans for sprint.
* Analysis of KPIs and other physical data of cell for pass the SCFT report. CLOT( Cluster Optimization) Report
Analysis & Validation in LTE
* Analysis of Accessibility and Retainablity KPIs to meet the SLAs defined by customer.
* Provide RCA for customer complain based on high CFR and CDR.
* Implementing parameter changes and Parameter audits, collecting regular network parameter dumps
