1. LONDON
London is a city known for its famous districts, landmarks and hotels.
It’s Growth is the result of two cities, the original City of London and
the City of Westminster.
It is the capital of England and the United Kingdom. Located on the
banks of the River Thames, has more than two thousand years of
history since it was founded by the Romans. Its population is made up
of a wide variety of cultures, ethnicities and religions that give rise to
more than eight million people. The public transport network is one of
the largest in the world and London Heathrow Airport is the busiest
international passenger volume in Europe.
One of the main attractions of the city are its vast areas of open parks,
commons and woodland. It also has some of the most famous
landmarks in the world as Big Ben, Tower Bridge and Buckingham
Palace.
2. LIFESTYLE
The lifestyle in London is intense and enjoyable. It is one
of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, a place where
people of different ethnicities, religions and nationalities.
Besides its residents, London receives over 15 million
tourists per year (staying at least one night), and a
percentage of them find new options in this vertiginous city
life.
London is one of the main cities of Europe and the
world. Its dense population with about 14 million
inhabitants in its metropolitan area (the second most
populous in Europe after Moscow) makes it a city full
of activities and opportunities.

Just walk through the central districts of Westminster and the City becomes a
major attraction for the senses. Millions of people from all backgrounds are
mixed in a frantic coming and going, but while one can enjoy the leisure
offering thousands of pubs, dozens of theaters, hundreds of parks, markets
such as Covent Garden, the nightlife and commercial areas of the West End
(where two of the most famous roads in London: Oxford Street, Regent

6. OLYMPIC STADIUM
At the Olympic Stadium was developed where the vast majority of
activities of London 2012 Olympic Games, is a beautiful setting for
up to 80,000 spectators.
7. LONDON EYE
Also known as the Millennium Wheel, completed in 1999 and opened in
March 2000, was the largest Ferris wheel in the world-viewpoint until the
opening of the Star of Nanchang in May 2006, and later Singapore Flyer
in 2008. The London Eye reaches a height of 135 m on the western end
of Jubilee Gardens, on the South Bank of the Thames, London Borough
of Lambeth.
8. ALBERT BRIDGE
This is one of the bridges over the Thames. Une Chelsea
with Battersea, and is named in honor of Prince Albert,
consort of Queen Victoria I.
Construction lasted from 1870 to 1873 and the result was
the suspension bridge 216.4 meters long and 12.5 meters
wide, designed by Rowland Mason Ordish.
9. TOWER BRIDGE
This is one of the newer bridges London. Construction began in
1886 to decongest the other bridges in the city with a design of
Horace Jones.
Drawbridge was constructed not to cut traffic, as the boats entered
the Upper Pool, and gothic style to harmonize with the Tower of
London.
10. NATIONAL ARMY MUSEUM
This museum, close to the Royal Hospital, shows the history of
the British Navy, from when men and women fighting on the
front line by the king, to the present.
Showing weapons, artillery, military tactics ... and even the
skeleton of Napoleon's favorite horse.
