HOMEWORK
In a paragraph write about the role the HR department plays in a company and
your PERSONAL point of view about it.
The main role of HR department in an organization is the hiring of staff and ensure that
they perform their duties, the HR department sets goals every day, plans for future
ventures and objectives involving people in the Company. Department’s main objective is
to bring out the best in their employees and thus contribute to the success of the
Company.The functions performed by the HR department among the main are:
Staff recruitment: This function involves evaluation of ability and competency of potential
employees in relation to what the Company needs. Improvement of Compensation
Packages: It is to motivate employees and those who have exceeded expectations should
be compensated for their actions.
IN MY PERSONAL POINTVIEW.
I think the HR department is an important part of the company because we through this
select the right people to serve on the staff and also helps us to solve problems we can
find among employees thus avoiding rivalries between them and getting a job positive.
The human resources department is also tasked with providing training to employees
getting that they to have more knowledge of their job and it focuses on the proper use of
time by planning activities with the target for the company.
The human resources department is responsible for training new employees and providing
a better understanding of the tasks.
