By given some references to we have to shift the excess
employ or unproductive employee to other company. Also we
have given 1 month time to shift or change the job. Also
given 15 days salary or compensation money.
Is 360 degree measurement is fully possible in employ point of view ?
What are the major challenges of measurement of 360 degree ? Is it
related to performance Appraisal
No 360 degree is not fully possible in employ point of view . The Major
challenges are such if person good something field area but not good in
office work how would you imply 360 degree model . Yes definitionatly
because no one is fully perfect it may good something and may bad
