Abstract executive summery
Human resources (HR) is the company department charged with finding, screening, recruiting
and training job applicants, as well as administering employee-benefit programs. As companies
reorganize to gain competitive edge, human resources plays a key role in helping companies deal
with a fast-changing environment and the greater demand for quality employees. Human
resource are the most important assets of the organization. The success or failure of the
organization is largely depends on the caliber of the people working therein. Without creative
and positive contribution from people, organization cannot progress and prosper. In order to
achieve the goods or the activities of the organization. Therefore, they need to recruit people
with requisite skills, qualification and experience. While doing so, they have to keep the present
as well as the future requirements of the organization in mind.
Talent acquisition is the process of finding and acquiring skilled human labor for organizational
needs and to meet any labor requirement. When used in the context of the recruiting and HR
profession, talent acquisition usually refers to the talent acquisition department or team within
the Human Resources department. The talent acquisition team within a company is responsible
for finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill roles that are required to meet
company goals and fill project requirements.
In order to abstract people for the jobs, the organization must communicate the position in such a
way that job seekers respond. To be cost effective, the recruitment process should abstract
qualified application and provide enough information for unqualified persons to self-select
themselves out.
Talent acquisition will work from resumes or by actively soliciting individuals qualified for
positions. A talent acquisition job includes reviewing candidate’s job experience, negotiating
salaries, and placing candidates in agreeable employment position. Recruiters typically receive a
fee from the hiring employers.
