  • To create a doc from your Facebook Page, simply ‘add a doc’ as you normally do…
  • You may change the author at any time, this is just one proposed scenario.
  • You may change the author and ‘use Facebook Page’ at any time. Even if you have already shared a document with ‘You’ as the author, you may change the author to ‘use Facebook Page.’ This will remove any permissions that you’ve granted and you must then re-share the document to your Fan page.

Questions<br />How do I enable Facebook Page support?<br />If you are an administrator of a Facebook Page, you should see your Page listed within the ‘My Docs’ view<br />What types of Facebook Pages are supported?<br />All Facebook Pages, except those associated with a Facebook application <br />This is due to a Facebook technical limitation<br />
    4. 4. Creating a doc by a facebook page<br />Modify the author from ‘You’ to your Facebook Page<br />
    5. 5. ‘Add a Doc’<br />
    6. 6. Author Content, Save & Finish Editing<br />
    7. 7. ‘Use Facebook Page’ to change the author<br />
    8. 8. Select Facebook Page and press ‘OK’<br />This will make the Facebook Page the author of the document<br />This action cannot be reversed<br />
    9. 9. Set Permissions & Share<br />All other Page Admins automatically have read/write permissions <br />You may invite ‘everyone’ to view your Doc and post the doc to your Facebook Page<br />
    10. 10. Grant Permission<br />You must grant permission to access and post content to your Facebook pages<br />
