bringing the operations role into the scope of
product management, working together.

• The Shared Responsibility & Ownership for
things that go into production.

– What we used to call scripting!
– Make the Development & Productions
environments the same

• The reduction of friction in the deployment
process through automation so that we can do
continuous delivery.

– Repeatability
– Testability
• Unit Tests

• DevOps is an unknown goal
• Laudable intentions
• Cooperation is lacking
