5. OUR PROPOSAL
During team debates, we can verbally caution each other, in real-time, for poor
behavior. Behavior like overly dogmatic language, getting personal or getting
angry. If acknowledged we move on. But if the caution is challenged or ignored we
use the Spatz App and procedure as a backup to try resolve it, and if necessary the
conflict gets posted it on the Spatz AI & Startup Peer Network to be reviewed.

6. By using the Spatz app we can build the data from the resolved and unresolved
results of teams’ spats, disputes or founder conflict, to help investors predict and
increase the probability of a team’s success.
