5. OUR SOLUTION
Fix founder conflict, using a toolkit as a backup to address misconduct directly:
- Use the agreed-to Spatz Intervention to verbally caution poor behavior in real-time.
- If contested or ignored, use the Spatz 3-Step App as a backup to our spat or dispute.
- And for any unresolved conflict we use the Spatz AI & Founder Review Network.
