4. When founders disagree over equity, for eg.
uncivil behavior from one team member will
occur, on occasion. With little or no recourse
to address this misconduct (no explicit
backup), other team members may react and
the result is conflict. Unresolved, this conflict
can fester causing a loss of team cohesion,
resulting in poor decision-making, and the
ultimate failure of the startup.
