5. OUR SOLUTION
Fix founder conflict by creating a toolkit to address misconduct
without reacting to it. Using the Spatz Intervention to caution poor
behavior during a debate, and when necessary, use the Spatz
3-Step App to resolve all team spats, disputes, and founder conflict
before they become toxic. Finally using the SpatzAI Founder
Network to review any still unresolved conflicts.

6. Using the Spatz app we can build the data from the resolved and unresolved
results of team spats, disputes and conflict, to learn from and help investors
predict the probability of a team’s success.
