5. OUR PROPOSAL
During team debates, we object to someone’s poor behavior, starting with a verbal
caution. If acknowledged by the infringer, we move on. But if our caution is challenged,
we use the Spatz 3-Step Procedure App, to resolve our founder 1.Spats, 2.Disputes, or
3.Conflict. Finally, being posted on the Spatz AI & Founder Network, to be reviewed.

6. Using the Spatz app we can build the data from the resolved and unresolved
results of team spats, disputes and conflict, to help investors predict the
probability of a team’s success.
