Desi has always found the joy of understanding what's going behind and
learn the unmet were very rewarding. Working at research industry has given
her a great opportunity to expand her knowledge and broaden her
perspective on marketing especially related to the consumer, product,
company growth, and the industry itself. Aspired to become a great
contributor of the industry like Hermawan Kartajaya as one of Gurus Who
Have Shaped The Future of Marketing and has an experience working
together with Yongky Susilo as Bapak Retail Indonesia, give her a very strong
motivation to stay amused and absorbed with research.
Almost 2.5 years experience on market research
industry, especially qualitative research
She was drawn into research since university days and then took Internship
at Nielsen Indonesia as the no. 1 multinational research agency in Indonesia
on 2017. At that time, she joined RV (Retail Vertical) division, equipped
herself with both basic real implementation of Quantitative Research and
Qualitative Research by supporting on report works and event organizer for
their merchandising's workshop. Once she finishing bachelor degree in
Marketing Management major at Trisakti School of Management on 2018,
she then decided to specifically scale-up on her qualitative research skills
and advanced herself at IUU (Qualitative team) in Ipsos Market Research
Indonesia up until now.
