 The housekeeping staff needs to use only soft water because hard
water cannot dilute detergents properly.

It is used in removing light stains in the bath.

Bathroom Cleaners
 They come in liquid form for easy cleaning.
 They clean, descale, and disinfect the bathroom walls, bathtubs,
bathroom flooring, sinks, and showers.
 They often contain phosphoric acid.
TASKI / Diversey R1: Cleaning and Sanitizing of
Bathroom / Toilet surfaces
Area to be cleaned:
All bathroom surfaces, sink, tub, tiles, floors and fittings
How to Dilute:
For cleaning : 20 ml in 1 ltr. water
For sanitizing : 50 ml in 1 ltr. water
Usage of this Cleaning Agent:
 Spray directly on the surface to be cleaned
 Leave for 2 seconds
 Scrub if necessary and wipe surface with clean and dry
cloth
 Replace cloth regularly

TASKI R9: Removal of hard stains from Bathroom
Walls and Fittings
Area to be cleaned:
Oil stained floor
How to Dilute:
50 - 100ml in 1 ltr. water, as per the stain requirement
Usage of this Cleaning Agent:
 Prevent scale dirt on wall fittings
 Spray directly on the surface to be cleaned
 Leave for 20 sec
 Scrub and drain plain water
 Wipe surface and polish all metal surfaces with
clean cloth
 Replace cloth regularly

TASKI / Diversey R6: Toilet bowl cleaner
Area to be cleaned:
Toilet bowls and urinals
How to Dilute:
Ready to use, No need to dilute further.
Usage of this Cleaning Agent:
 Heavy duty toilet bowl and urinal cleaner.
 Do not use on stainless steel, enamel, marble and tiles.
 Flush around bowl specially around rim and bowl waterline.
 Direct nozzle under toilet rim and evenly over the surfaces.
 Leave for 5 – 10 min.
 Flush toilet.
 Push water level down with toilet brush.
Toilet Cleaners
 They are available in liquid form containing strong hydrochloric acid.
 They remove stains and plumbing scales easily, and restore the shine of
their surface.

TASKI / Diversey R3: Glass cleaner
Area to be cleaned:
Windows, mirrors, glass display cases
How to Dilute:
20 – 50 ml in 1 ltr. water for cleaning all types of
glasses and mirrors
Usage of this Cleaning Agent:
 Spray directly on a dry clean cloth
 Apply to the surface and wipe with a clean dry
lint free cloth
 Replace cloth regularly
 Buffing dry

TASKI / Diversey R2: All purpose cleaning agent
Area to be cleaned:
All types of floor and walls
How to Dilute:
Normal soiling : 20 - 40 ml in 1 ltr. water
Heavy soiling : 50 ml in 1 ltr. water
Usage of this Cleaning Agent:
 Floor cleaner for glass and floor like Italian marble, Can be used for
wet mopping as well as scrubbing with a machine.
 Wet moping solution to be taken in bucket/mop trolley
 Rinse the mop frequently
 Alternatively use scrubbing machine and pickup direct solution using
a wet vacuum cleaner
All purpose cleaning agent
 This pleasantly scented product which does not contain any abrasives or bleaches,
is ideal for the quick and gentle cleaning of all hard surfaces (e.g. TV cabinets,
photo frames, telephones, etc.) Including glass and mirrors.
 TASKI R2 is recommended for use on shiny floor surfaces like polished marble,
granite, etc.

Clean Air Sprays
 They are best for freshening the hotel corridors, washrooms, bathrooms,
and reception areas.
 These sprays remove the pungent smell of tobacco, smoke, and organic
wastes.

Offices. Corridors, washrooms
How to Dilute:
Ready to use, No need to dilute further.
Usage of this Cleaning Agent:
 Do not spray directly on the floor
 Spray upward into the center of the room as
required

Surface Sanitizers
 They often come in the form of liquid concentrate.
 They are water-based and sanitize the surfaces without damaging their
appearance.
 The sanitizers reduce the presence of bacteria to a great extent. They come
with different concentrations and fragrances.
Surface Sanitizer Smartdose
 It is a quaternary ammonium chloride-based, no-rinse
sanitizer food contact surfaces.
 It can be used in three-compartment sinks and all
other food contact surfaces in facility.
 It is safe for soft and precious metals (silver and gold).
 It can be used as cleaner and deodorizer.
This sanitizer can be applied by mop, sponge, cloth,
paper towel or (hand pump) coarse trigger sprayer.

Area to be cleaned:
All wooden floors and furnishings
How to Dilute:
Ready to use, No need to dilute.
Usage of this Cleaning Agent:
 Shake the bottle well before use.
 Spray on a soft dry cloth.
 Apply to the surface evenly and start buffing.
 Buffed the floor / surface to high shine.
 Replace cloth regularly.
Note: Do not use on glasses, floors, stairs and laminated
sheets

Area to be cleaned:
Oil stained floor
How to Dilute:

Degreaser
 This is mainly used in bars to remove the marks of grease and lipstick that
cannot be removed by traditional washing of glasses and cups.
 Degreaser restores the surface shine and transparency of the glasses and
bowls.

Carpet Cleaning Agents
 Cleaning and maintaining the carpets are important tasks of hotel
housekeeping.

Swimming Pool Cleaners
 They are used for cleaning the swimming pool water.
 Some of them are TCCA-90 granules or tablets, SDIC, hydrochloric acid (HCL),
liquid chlorine, and alum.
 The pool cleaning chemicals kill the bacterial and algae growth in the water.
 The chemicals like Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate (SDIC) has 60% of chlorine
content and is used worldwide for disinfecting water.

Laundry Cleaners
 They are liquid concentrates with variable amount of peroxide that
removes tough stains, bleaches the linen, and enhances its whiteness.
A number of chemicals are used in dry-cleaning:
 Camphor oil
 turpentine spirits
 benzene
 kerosene
 white gasoline
 petroleum solvents such as naphtha blends, chloroform, carbon
tetrachloride, and liquid carbon dioxide.
 They remove the stains from silk tapestry without damaging the fibers.

Toilet Cleaners  They are available in liquid form containing strong hydrochloric acid.  They remove stains and plumbing scales easily, and restore the shine of their surface.

Delhindra/ chefqtrainer.blogspot.com TASKI / Diversey R2: All purpose cleaning agent Area to be cleaned: All types of floor and walls How to Dilute: Normal soiling : 20 - 40 ml in 1 ltr. water Heavy soiling : 50 ml in 1 ltr. water Usage of this Cleaning Agent:  Floor cleaner for glass and floor like Italian marble, Can be used for wet mopping as well as scrubbing with a machine.  Wet moping solution to be taken in bucket/mop trolley  Rinse the mop frequently  Alternatively use scrubbing machine and pickup direct solution using a wet vacuum cleaner All purpose cleaning agent  This pleasantly scented product which does not contain any abrasives or bleaches, is ideal for the quick and gentle cleaning of all hard surfaces (e.g. TV cabinets, photo frames, telephones, etc.) Including glass and mirrors.  TASKI R2 is recommended for use on shiny floor surfaces like polished marble, granite, etc.

TASKI / Diversey R5: Air Freshener / Room Freshener Area to be cleaned: Offices. Corridors, washrooms How to Dilute: Ready to use, No need to dilute further. Usage of this Cleaning Agent:  Do not spray directly on the floor  Spray upward into the center of the room as required

Surface Sanitizer Smartdose  It is a quaternary ammonium chloride-based, no-rinse sanitizer food contact surfaces.  It can be used in three-compartment sinks and all other food contact surfaces in facility.  It is safe for soft and precious metals (silver and gold).  It can be used as cleaner and deodorizer. This sanitizer can be applied by mop, sponge, cloth, paper towel or (hand pump) coarse trigger sprayer.

Degreaser  This is mainly used in bars to remove the marks of grease and lipstick that cannot be removed by traditional washing of glasses and cups.  Degreaser restores the surface shine and transparency of the glasses and bowls.
