 Examining the quality of membrane and emulsion products. Finding ways to improve the quality of membrane and
bitumen emulsion.

 Verifying stock reconciliation on month basis and coordinating with commercial people regarding production planning.

with the raw material suppliers for new product development.
 Accountable for providing solutions for the quality complaints if any and troubleshooting in the plant.
 Managing and liaising with projects for new product development and ensuring proper housekeeping in the plant.
 Representing for ISO 9001-2008 Certification.
 Overseeing competitor product analysis & new products available in the market and preparing formulations accordingly.
 Documentation maintaining files and records for all works
 Ensuring all raw materials and finished products quality strictly to adhere the quality standards
 Examining the quality of crumb modified bitumen and polymer modified bitumen and confirming that it is meeting the
standard codes

 Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.

 Administrating production costs,billing reports.
 Managing and developing a production team.
