and caps in Dubai. The plant is equipped with ASB ISBM and
Injection moulding ,Blow moulding and thermoforming M/C. They
have ISO certified unit in Dubai .
Current Profile-
• Managed a team of people; assigning them tasks, and motivating them to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated the quality assurance procedures to customers on factory visits.
• Responsible for Internal Quality Audit.
• Responsible for documentation process necessary for ISO Standards.
• Responsible for In-coming,In-line and Final Checking Operations.
• Co-ordination with Production deptt, Store deptt, Dispatch deptt.etc.

Job Profile & Responsibility
• Fully involve in new projects of Extrusion line (PEK,PEKK,PEEK,ABPBI) & Injection
m/c (Specially thermo plastics).
• Trail of new Die, components & New Product validation as per specification etc.
• Managing Extrusion line & Mould Shop Production activity.
• Preparation & submission of Production monthly reports to management.
• Updation of new product development status and to do list to Management.
• Weekly training & guidance to Jr. Engineer & supervisor.
• Responsible for training to Jr. Engineers, QC person regarding new technology.
• To conduct trails of new developed mould & raw materials.
• Responsible for maintaining 5S in Production Area.
• To set & achieve target production with Optimum utilization of 4M (Man, M/c,
Material & Method).
• Responsible for monitoring / practicing Safety, Health & Environmental

Technical supports
• Solving the technical queries of internal team as well as Quality & marketing.
• Providing updated technical knowledge to Jr. Engineer, operators & QC lab chemist.
• Production planning & process optimization with maximum output.
• Developed product as per the standard provided by the OEM
• Bench marking the competitor’s products whose equivalence to be developed.
Process Improvement
• Understanding the product properties and its correlation with the process variables.
• Understanding in depth the technology of the product manufacture through prior art
search.
• Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the
same.
• Training of the operators by addressing the process procedures with a stress to the
fundamentals
Process Validation
• Process validation through lab and pilot experimentation and subsequent
• Establishing:
o Product characteristics through defined scaling up of batches.
o Control procedures to monitor the output & validate the performance of
manufacturing processes.
• Customer Service esp. OEMs and Tier 1 to satisfy their needs in terms of product
design, process requirements and also seeing that there is no problem in the final
