charitable giving, David Bohn contributes to the Connecticut
Yankee Council (CYC).
The Connecticut Yankee Council (CYC) serves over 12,800
Boy Scouts in New Haven, Fairfield, and Hartford counties. In
addition to serving Boy Scouts, the CYC strives to meet the
needs of Scout leaders and volunteers through a number of
programs, including the University of Scouting (UoS). On
March 18, 2017, the CYC will host the UoS, a daylong event
at Ludlowe School featuring supplemental classes for Boy
Scout leaders.

Knife Safety, Nova Award Counselor and Mentor
Training, and Den Leader Specific Training: Tigers,
Wolf, Bear, Webelos, Age Appropriate Activities and
Guide to Safe Scouting, and Keeping Your Pack
Strong: Youth Recruitment, and Cub Scout Resident
Camp: What You've Been Missing!
Participants will have the opportunity to share
feedback on the courses to help with improving the
