Commerical feedback
1. Dan Watt
For feedback on my commercial I conducted a survey to see if my product was successful with my
target audience. I surveyed 10 people, getting back 8 responses.
I asked a multiple choice question to start my survey to see if my audience thought my
commercial was either informative, entertaining or captivating. The responses show
that the majority of my audience thought my commercial was entertaining, this shows
that my commercial would have kept my viewers’ attention.
For the next question I wanted to see what my audience actually thought about my
commercial without them picking a multiple choice answer, allowing them to answer
this in their own words means that their responses will be more accurate. The majority
of the responses were positive with people making comments such as “looked
professional” and “song worked really well with it”.
2. Dan Watt
I asked if my advert appealed and interested my audience, I received 100% of the
answers replying with a yes, showing my commercial was appealing and interesting
for my target audience.
I asked if the music in my advert was appropriate for my audience, I received 100% of
the answers replying with a yes, showing that the music I chose for my commercial
was indeed appropriate.
3. Dan Watt
I asked my audience if they thought the effects used in my advert were appropriate, I again
received 100% of the response saying yes. This shows that the effects were appropriate for my
commercial.
The last question I asked my audience was if they thought my advert looked
professional. The majority of answers were yes, with the only other answer
being a specific response saying “Definitely good composition.”
