2. 都市地表铺面大都由水泥、沥青、水泥地砖、陶瓷地砖等不透水材料所组成。此种地表密闭不透水的设计，使得
大地丧失良好的”吸水”、”渗透”、”保水”等能力，致使大地失去蒸发水分潜热、调节气候的功能，因此
『都市热岛效应』因应而生，造成都市高温化、逢雨必淹、地层下陷，为改善大地渗透功能，乃必要进行都市及
小区人行道环境的全面透水化设计，其具体简易的方式即为采用『透水铺面』做为地表铺设材料。
The surface pavement of most city is by cement, asphalt , concrete, brick and ceramic floor ties and other
impervious material. It is airtight and watertight design and caused surface to lose function in water absorption,
infiltration and retention. It lead to the loss of water evaporation of latent heat and fail in climate regulate
function. It generates city heat island effect and results in high temperature, heavy rain flooding, and land
subsidence problems. The effective solution, the easy and specific using high permeable pavement material and
trench cover implementation to improve community and city environment.
