SC-01-1 土 壤 混 凝 土
一、產品簡述 Product Introduction
 SC-01-1 無機離子穩定性液體固化劑,係一種含特殊化學成份,是由鹼性
金屬水溶液和各種元素化合而成的離子無機性特殊固化劑。
 當SC-01-1與污泥和水泥混合,物質的負離子會產生離子反應,電荷的離子
使他們走到一起,形成一個鍵的靜電相互吸引,形成一種結合。
 原則上,它是一種兩個離子間相互加強著力而形成結合(氫離子和金屬離
子),促進凝結而加速提早固化。
■ SC-01-1 Inorganic Ionic Stability Liquid Curing Agent is consisting of alkali metal
aqueous solution and various elements with strong positive ion in the form of
inorganic compound liquid solidify agent.
■ When mix it with substance such as sludge and cement, the negative ion of
substance will create electrostatic attraction between the oppositely charged ions
causes them to come together and form a bond.
■ In principle, it is a bond that formed by the attraction between two oppositely
charged ions ion (Hydrogen ions and Metal ions) in order to strengthen sorptivity,
promote coagulation and accelerate solidification of substance.
二、適用用途 Applicable Material
 它是用於高含水量高的粘土、 泥漿、 污泥、 有機土壤和沉積池、 污水、 廢水處
理系統和土木建築工程之廢物。
 物質元素與 SC-01-1混合後,其物質元素會凝固固化,內容物質還原和可避免二
次污染。
 It is applicable for high moisture clay, mud, sludge, soil and waste from
sedimentary pond, municipal sewage, wastewater treatment system and
construction site.
 After mixing SC-01-1 with substance, the element of substance will be solidifying
within the substance, avoid the secondary pollution and substance reverts.
三、結構特性 Structure
■ 該結構是無毒的,與物質混合之後是無毒的固體,具良好的耐水性和抗酸鹼性。
■ 耐雨性、 耐溫度的侵蝕、 可抵抗紫外線。
■ 耐久性,比瀝青長2-3 倍。
■ 天然的顏色,保持與自然生態和景觀調色自然而美觀。
■ The structure is non- toxic and general solid after mixing with substance with
good property in water resistance and anti-acid.
■ Rain, temperature and UV resistance.
■ Durability is 2-3 times than asphalt.
■ Natural colors, to maintain coordination with nature ecological and landscape.

五、主要應用 Main Application
污泥和廢棄物固化 Sludge and Waste Solidification:
SC-01-1 與高含水量的粘土、 泥漿、 污泥、 土壤和河川含水量高之沉積污泥、 污水、 工
廠廢水和土木建築工程之廢物混合後,將會在短時間內固化物質內容。固化後將乾燥的固
體材料,主要應用如下所示:
After mixing SC-01-1 with for high moisture clay, mud, sludge, soil and waste from sedimentary
pond, municipal sewage, wastewater treatment system and construction site, the substance will
be solidify in short period of time. After solidification, it will be a dry and solid material for main
application as below:
1. 高水分廢棄物處理等.如污泥處置,防止在任何情況下還原。
2. 擋土牆和溝渠等之護坡材料。
3. 路基(床)的骨材和土木建築工地。
4. 混合料混凝土砌塊、 水泥(卜特蘭)等建材產品和可美化產品。
5. 人行健康步道、自行車專用道、公園廣場、休閒農場、運動場、停車場等。
6. 土壤改良。
1. High moisture content waste dispose such as sludge and prevent revert in any circumstance.
2. Retaining walls and ditches the Revetment materials, etc.
3. Aggregate for Roadbed and Construction site.
4. Mixing material for construction products such as concrete block and Portland cement. And
can landscaping product.
5. People's Bank of health walks, bike lanes, park plaza, leisure farms, playgrounds, parking lots.

 當SC-01-1與水泥混合時,固化劑用量的比例多寡是根據用途和目來
做為配比,如以下例子:
When SC-01-1 mixed with cement, the ratio between dosages and dilute is
based on usage and purpose as example below.
備註 Remark:
1.SC-01-1 固化劑的用量及土壤性質決定其抗壓強度。
SC-01-1 curing liquid dosage and soil properties determines the compressive strength.
2.不同的設計目的,做為不同強度的配比。
Different purposes for different intensity ratios.
七、 施工準則 Construction Guideline:
SC-01-1施工概述 Construction Overview─
1.從施工現場取材的泥土、 砂礫石、 廢土、 污泥等材料,只要經過篩選破碎後均可大量使用。
2.置入粉碎機內(將其粉碎和鬆散) 然後再均勻放入攪拌機與水泥和 SC-01-1固化劑拌合均勻。
3.將泥土漿灌注於施工鋪面上,並用推土機推平、 壓實即完成。底層路基基礎必須有良好的壓實
。表面並充份灑水潤濕,不需要鋪設鋼網,這種材料將與路基泥土緊密地結合起來。
4.設備取得容易,使用的機具包括挖土機、 破碎機、 攪拌機等,與傳統道路工程所需設備略有
不同。本公司可以提供專屬破碎及攪拌機器等其他設備。
5.不受施工場地和地形的限制。
1.Material from construction site dirt, gravel, waste soil, sludge, and etc. After breaking and
filtering can be used.
2.Put into crusher (crush and loose) then put into the mixer to mix SC-01 with the cement
evenly.
3.Construction pavement perfusion, bulldozed and compaction. The roadbed underlying must
have good compaction. Wetting the surface with sprinkler, no need steel mesh, the materia
l will integrate closely.
4.Equipment is easy to obtain, it including excavators, crushers, mixers and etc. Slightly
different from traditional equipment. The company can offer exclusive broken and mixers and
other equipment.
5.No restriction on construction site and terrain.
八、包裝與保存 Packaging and preservation:
土壤混凝土SC-01-1是一種無毒無機液體,它包裝在塑膠桶內,以便於運輸,儲存和保存無限期。
Soil Concrete SC-01-1 is Non-toxic inorganic liquid, it packaged in plastic buckets in order to facilitate
transport , storage and preservation indefinitely.

Soil Concrete SC-01-1 土 壤 混 凝 土 一、產品簡述 Product Introduction  SC-01-1 無機離子穩定性液體固化劑,係一種含特殊化學成份,是由鹼性 金屬水溶液和各種元素化合而成的離子無機性特殊固化劑。  當SC-01-1與污泥和水泥混合,物質的負離子會產生離子反應,電荷的離子 使他們走到一起,形成一個鍵的靜電相互吸引,形成一種結合。  原則上,它是一種兩個離子間相互加強著力而形成結合(氫離子和金屬離 子),促進凝結而加速提早固化。 ■ SC-01-1 Inorganic Ionic Stability Liquid Curing Agent is consisting of alkali metal aqueous solution and various elements with strong positive ion in the form of inorganic compound liquid solidify agent. ■ When mix it with substance such as sludge and cement, the negative ion of substance will create electrostatic attraction between the oppositely charged ions causes them to come together and form a bond. ■ In principle, it is a bond that formed by the attraction between two oppositely charged ions ion (Hydrogen ions and Metal ions) in order to strengthen sorptivity, promote coagulation and accelerate solidification of substance.
  • 3. 二、適用用途 Applicable Material  它是用於高含水量高的粘土、 泥漿、 污泥、 有機土壤和沉積池、 污水、 廢水處 理系統和土木建築工程之廢物。  物質元素與 SC-01-1混合後,其物質元素會凝固固化,內容物質還原和可避免二 次污染。  It is applicable for high moisture clay, mud, sludge, soil and waste from sedimentary pond, municipal sewage, wastewater treatment system and construction site.  After mixing SC-01-1 with substance, the element of substance will be solidifying within the substance, avoid the secondary pollution and substance reverts. 三、結構特性 Structure ■ 該結構是無毒的,與物質混合之後是無毒的固體,具良好的耐水性和抗酸鹼性。 ■ 耐雨性、 耐溫度的侵蝕、 可抵抗紫外線。 ■ 耐久性,比瀝青長2-3 倍。 ■ 天然的顏色,保持與自然生態和景觀調色自然而美觀。 ■ The structure is non- toxic and general solid after mixing with substance with good property in water resistance and anti-acid. ■ Rain, temperature and UV resistance. ■ Durability is 2-3 times than asphalt. ■ Natural colors, to maintain coordination with nature ecological and landscape.

  • 5. 五、主要應用 Main Application 污泥和廢棄物固化 Sludge and Waste Solidification: SC-01-1 與高含水量的粘土、 泥漿、 污泥、 土壤和河川含水量高之沉積污泥、 污水、 工 廠廢水和土木建築工程之廢物混合後,將會在短時間內固化物質內容。固化後將乾燥的固 體材料,主要應用如下所示: After mixing SC-01-1 with for high moisture clay, mud, sludge, soil and waste from sedimentary pond, municipal sewage, wastewater treatment system and construction site, the substance will be solidify in short period of time.   • 7. 七、 施工準則 Construction Guideline: SC-01-1施工概述 Construction Overview─ 1.從施工現場取材的泥土、 砂礫石、 廢土、 污泥等材料,只要經過篩選破碎後均可大量使用。 2.置入粉碎機內(將其粉碎和鬆散) 然後再均勻放入攪拌機與水泥和 SC-01-1固化劑拌合均勻。 3.將泥土漿灌注於施工鋪面上,並用推土機推平、 壓實即完成。底層路基基礎必須有良好的壓實 。表面並充份灑水潤濕,不需要鋪設鋼網,這種材料將與路基泥土緊密地結合起來。 4.設備取得容易,使用的機具包括挖土機、 破碎機、 攪拌機等,與傳統道路工程所需設備略有 不同。本公司可以提供專屬破碎及攪拌機器等其他設備。 5.不受施工場地和地形的限制。 1.Material from construction site dirt, gravel, waste soil, sludge, and etc. After breaking and filtering can be used. 2.Put into crusher (crush and loose) then put into the mixer to mix SC-01 with the cement evenly. 3.Construction pavement perfusion, bulldozed and compaction.
